Through our work, we're able to honor seasonal and life cycles, human innovation and tradition, and the many relationships that sustain us physically, emotionally, spiritually. Our cooking becomes a creative outlet for the abundance that fills bellies and nourishes souls.

to observe the way the world turns and how the forest endures. We fail, and we journey on. We try our best to show infinite gratitude for our friends, our family, our community, our animals, and the universe that holds us firmly and freely.
... a scrappy crew of heritage breed animals, several acres of forest, and our ever-improving attempts at gardening. We raise pigs, ruminants, poultry, and rabbits, tend to a beautiful horse, try to contain our two guardian dogs, and submit ourselves for daily approval to a ragtag bunch of fluffy cats.
